


Breakfast: A perfectly presented box of saba (mackerel), tai (sea bream) and sake (salmon) sushi, a gift from my host aunt served with a pot of nihon-cha, that's green tea to y'all! Delicious!Lunch: Just water & tea as I find sushi quite filling.
Dinner: A feast of grilled salmon, natto, rice with nori, grated burdock (horrid), daikon with shimeji mushrooms and a variety of other delights.
