Food diary - Day 24

Breakfast (0630): A pot of nettle tea (on the terrace in Miami whilst watching the sunrise in – heaven)

Snack: None

Lunch (1230): A large serving of grapes and strawberries.

Snack (2000): Small root beer and half a small packets of strawberry twizlers.

Dinner (2240): Late NY dinner - Shared a tuna tartare, carpaccio of lobster with a watercress and cherry tomato salad, coconut mustard seed seabass and plantain fried rice topped with avocado and a moijito.

Snack: None.
