Breakfast (0630): A mug of hot water with lemon, a mug of nettle tea and a pot of green tea.
Snack: None.
Lunch: None.
Snack (1700): A mug of hot water and a homemade salad (I never eat airplane cuisine!).
Dinner (2150): 2 martinis, 6 pieces of sushi, 4 pieces of sashimi and a scoop of lycee sorbet.
Snack: None.
I must have consumed 3/4 litres of water - flying completely dehydrates the system.
