Food diary - Day 17

Breakfast (0900): A mug of hot water with lemon and a mug of nettle tea.

Snack: None.

Lunch (1240): A cup of green tea and a small packet of organic honey popcorn.

Snack (1700): A cup of honeybush tea and a Greens living energy bar.

Dinner (1900): 2 medium glasses of vegetable juice (fennel, carrot, ginger and beetroot) followed by homemade fruit salad (pineapple, pomegranate, kiwi, green apple, pear and satsuma) and a mug of fennel tea.

Snack: None.
