Food diary - Day 15

Breakfast (0500): A mug of hot water with lemon, a small pot of green tea and a mug of camomile tea.

Snack (0930): 2 slices of rye toast and left over Duchy tomato & rosemary soup followed by a chocolate biscuit.

Lunch (1230): 1 Greens chocolate energy bar and 1 litre of water.

Snack (1320): Hot chocolate with soya milk (and nutmeg and cinnamon) followed by an apple.

Dinner (2030): Small bowl of Japanese rice, miso soup and a small salad.

Snack: None.
