Food diary - 20 March

Breakfast (1050): A mug of fennel tea and a mug of nettle tea.

Snack (1206): 3 glasses of freshly juices apples and ginger (see photo).

Lunch (1315): 1 Peshwari naan with a salad of spinach, tomato, cucumber and garlic and a pot of green tea.

Dinner (2030): 3 slices of raison and cinnamon toast, a bowl of black grapes and 2 mugs of nettle tea.

That's a lot of nettle tea! I always drink nettle tea during the summer as it helps with my allergies.
