Food diary - 19 March

Breakfast (1015): A pot of green tea, left over onion soup.

Lunch: None.

Snack (1736): Greens chocolate energy food bar and a mug of warm soya milk with nutmeg and cinnamon.

Dinner (1930): Wheat-free tortilla-style wraps stuffed with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red pepper, grated courgette and a salsa made from tomatoes, onions, lemon juice, garlic and chilli (all homemade).

Dessert (2140): Small bowl of fruit (strawberries, papaya, red and white seedless grapes and an apple).
