Breakfast (1130): A pot of green tea

Snack (1246): Chopped pineapple and a mug of nettle tea

Lunch: None

Dinner (1935): French Onion soup with Gruyère croutons – all homemade.

Snack (2140): A scoop of lemon sorbet ice cream.
