Food diary - 17 March

Breakfast (1030): A pot of green tea and a mug of fennel tea.

Lunch (1400): A bowl of spelt penne with a homemade tomato sauce and a small salad.

Dinner: None.

Snack (2246): 3 scoops of lemon sorbet and 2 mugs of fennel tea.
